AI 4 Skills of the future

In the coming years, WEF estimates that 52% of workers will require reskilling. This number will only increase by advances in technology and longer life expectancy. TechWolf and EIT InnoEnergy are collaborating on the Skills 3.0 project, which aims to predict future skill gaps and provide personalized learning paths. InnoEnergy is a subsidiary of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, having Europe's most renowned energy players amongst its shareholders.

How is this done? By analyzing more than 250 million vacancies, our AI learned the meaning of more than 30000 skills. The model then applies this knowledge to create an accurate skill-fingerprint of each individual, which leverages both explicit and implicit information. Based on the current skillset, market trends and career goals, we provide a truly unique learning experience boosting learner engagement and training results. The promising outcomes in the energy sector prompted Europe to extend the project until 2022, striving for applicability across industries. This project is a first step in realizing the TechWolf mission: creating a completely digital career coach.
